Food for the soul

Every month, we have the joy and privilege of continuing our mission at Comedor Infantil Cócorit, where we provide warm meals to children in need. But what we do there is about more than just food—it’s about sharing the love of Christ in a tangible, powerful way. Each plate served is a reminder that God sees, God cares, and God provides.

Jesus Himself said in Matthew 25:35, “For I was hungry and you gave me something to eat…” When we feed these little ones, we are doing it unto Him. A healthy, nourishing meal might seem simple, but for many of these children, it means the difference between struggling and thriving. It gives them the strength to grow, learn, play, and walk with confidence into the future God has prepared for them.

We’re incredibly thankful to the Lord for the opportunity to serve this precious community. Month after month, we see His faithfulness in every smile, every full plate, and every grateful heart. It’s a ministry of presence—being there consistently to show that God’s love doesn’t just speak, it shows up and takes action.
