Summer at Casa Hogar is off to a beautiful start! Our first days of summer camp have been full of laughter, discovery, and creativity. From karaoke nights that brought out everyone's voice, to cooking sessions where little hands turned simple ingredients into something special, and art time where imaginations ran wild with colors and shapes—learning has never been so much fun!

What may look like just fun and games is actually deep learning at work. From a pedagogical point of view, kids learn best when they’re engaged with their whole selves—mind, heart, and body. Singing boosts confidence and memory. Cooking teaches responsibility, patience, and math in real life. Art opens the door to self-expression, problem-solving, and emotional growth.

And from a psychological perspective, these creative activities help children process emotions, build healthy self-esteem, and strengthen relationships. They discover new talents, learn how to express themselves in different ways, and most importantly—they feel safe and loved.

We believe God made every child unique, with different gifts and ways of learning. Just like Jesus welcomed the little ones with joy, we want to create spaces where children feel free to explore, dream, and grow—not just in knowledge, but in soul and spirit.

Thank you to everyone who makes this possible. Your support is helping shape hearts and futures.

"Train up a child in the way he should go; even when he is old he will not depart from it." – Proverbs 22:6
